We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Architect with a focus on the healthcare industry. In this role, you will work with healthcare organizations to understand their unique business landscape, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions that optimize and centralize their systems. You will lead clients through discovery phases, make data-driven recommendations, and create comprehensive roadmaps for Salesforce implementation and utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Discovery & Analysis:
Conduct thorough discovery sessions with healthcare clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals.
Map out the current state of systems, workflows, and data management to identify gaps and areas for optimization.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs within the Salesforce platform.
Solution Design & Recommendation:
Provide expert recommendations on optimizing business processes through Salesforce Health Cloud and related tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for centralizing data, improving patient engagement, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Propose best-practice solutions for compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
Roadmap Development & Implementation:
Design a detailed Salesforce implementation roadmap that includes timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
Lead and guide the development team on the architectural design, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
Monitor and adjust the roadmap as needed, ensuring the project stays on track for successful implementation.
Client Relationship & Communication:
Act as a trusted advisor for healthcare clients throughout the engagement, offering expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Conduct post-implementation assessments and provide ongoing support for system optimization.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Architect, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
Proven experience in leading discovery phases, business analysis, and roadmap development for Salesforce implementations.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and related healthcare solutions.
Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, workflows, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
Expertise in business process optimization and system centralization through Salesforce.
Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with experience developing and managing Salesforce implementation roadmaps.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant (preferred).
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer (required).
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare IT systems or working directly with healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences organizations.
Familiarity with data integration, migration, and CRM implementation in healthcare settings.
