Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales person to join our team, specializing in contingent workforce and project services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, workforce solutions, or project-based service delivery. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing customized workforce solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contingent workforce and project services space.
Generate leads, set up meetings, and present staffing and project service solutions to prospective clients.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their workforce and project needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contracts.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client pain points and deliver tailored contingent workforce and project-based solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and staffing solutions based on client requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on workforce strategies, compliance, and industry trends.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share within the contingent workforce and project services sectors.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking progress towards sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within staffing, contingent workforce, or project services.
Strong understanding of contingent labor models, including temporary staffing, contract-to-hire, and freelance/contractor management.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in solution selling or consultative sales.
Knowledge of workforce compliance, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
Familiarity with various industries such as IT, Life Sciences, Finance, Engineering or Manufacturing.
