As the ACT Team Therapist you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that provides quality evidenced based practices to clients living in the community struggling with behavioral health issues.

What you will get to do:
Provide high quality treatment using ACT evidenced based practices and maintain 15 hours a week treatment caseload
Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations
Plan and carry out individual, family and group therapy relative to the client's needs while ensuring collaboration with recovery plans and other staff
Responsible for coordinating treatment and stabilization with identified natural supports and with community service providers
Complete all regulatory documentation of client treatment and share information in a timely manner with other professionals working with client, both internally and, as needed, outside agencies
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid - Level
Education: Degree
Currently licensed mental health professional with valid Maryland license of LGPC, LCPC, LMSW or LCSW-C
Personal stability, flexibility, energy, and commitment to working effectively and respectfully with clients with severe mental illness
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment; flexibility to work off-site. Availability for work including some evenings and weekends as needed
Knowledge of ACT evidence-based practice (EBP) standards and proven ability to meet them
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and current CPR and First Aid Certifications
Shift & Schedule: Monday - Thursday, work 36 hours per week, paid for 40 hours per week.
