We are looking for experienced customer service and administration professionals to join our client in Cupertino.
The role will sit onsite at one of the world's leading brands, providing them with guidance and advice regarding visa and immigration services, full training will be provided!
About you:
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience, with at least 1 year working in a professional office setting.
Interested in learning something new and providing exceptional customer service experience.
Able to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday with the option to work from home on a Monday & Friday.
Fluent in English
Salary - hourly rate is $22 - $24/hour
Key Duties:
Serve as the direct point of contact for the client regarding global immigration queries.
Providing the client with immigration advisory and guidance regarding entry requirements for a variety of global locations.
Gather necessary documentation from the client for submission to the relevant consulate.
Staying knowledgeable on Visa & Immigration trends and industry updates.
Ensuring client satisfaction by getting the visas processed to deadline.
Adhere to set policies and procedures to ensure a smooth visa application process.
