Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Toolmaker at Paragon Automation, Inc. The Toolmaker will be responsible for creating and repairing tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges used in the manufacturing process. The role involves working closely with engineers and machine builders to ensure the quality and precision of the tools.
Qualifications
Experience in toolmaking, machining, and precision instrument work
Knowledge of CAD software and blueprint reading
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the automation or manufacturing industry is a plus
Technical certificate or apprenticeship in toolmaking or related field
