Key Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned group of patients in a 12-bed ICU setting.
Document patient responses to interventions and treatments.
Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
Monitor patient physiological data and intervene as necessary.
Administer prescribed medications and manage IV infusions.
Communicate care plans with patients and families.
Delegate tasks to support staff and coordinate patient care needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
License: Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact license; BLS required upon hire, ACLS required within 6 months.
Experience: One year of RN experience preferred; less experience? Consider "RN Resident" positions.
Skills:
Strong nursing theory and practice knowledge.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and meet patient needs.
