Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and maintain customer aircraft.
Perform and document work in accordance with manuals and industry regulations.
Follow general work requirements for shop, hangar, and factory environments.
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Participate in 5-S workplace organization activities.
Operate ground support equipment as needed.
Assist with aircraft maintenance at off-site locations as required.
Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Help with fueling, de-fueling, engine removal/installation, and component repair.
Required Skills and Experience:
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
A minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience, or substantiated equivalent experience.
Ability to read and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills regarding aircraft status.
Must own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory control.
Ability to acquire Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications.
Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
Corporate jet experience is preferred.
Basic PC skills required.
