Key Responsibilities:
Answer gardening questions in person and over the phone
Assist customers in finding the plants and supplies they need
Recommend plants, soils, fertilizers, and other gardening products
Identify plants, pests, and plant diseases
Care for plants and maintain attractive displays
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
Collaborate with a team of friendly, high-spirited individuals
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge of plants, landscaping, or horticulture (prior nursery/garden center or horticulture industry experience required)
Positive attitude and friendly, outgoing personality
Enjoyment in working with diverse customers
Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
