The IT Technician is responsible for support and maintenance of the SOLVD Health network, server, and application environment.
Essential Functions
Troubleshoot end user support tickets.
Monitor system operations to detect potential problems.
Ensure Technology Service Level Agreements are met.
Document troubleshooting steps and follow up information in a ticketing system.
Create knowledge-based articles and other documentation.
Manage 3rd party vendors
Troubleshoot SSO and other permission issues for several applications including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Orchard Soft.
Basic understanding of cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
Competencies
Basic understanding of ITIL
MS365 experience with user management
Experience with Intune and adding managed devices
Security focused
Experience in a HIPAA environment
Basic level experience with Teams voice and/or Dialpad
Know how to run and terminate cat6 cable.
Basic understanding of network switching and routing.

This position is based in Carlsbad, CA
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Education and Experience
2-5 years in a same or similar role is preferred
Enterprise level experience
Experience in a ticketing system
