Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to lead our Williamsburg, Brooklyn location. This role requires an experienced professional who excels in healthcare administration and is ready to provide exceptional leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Guide and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards of service.
Care Coordination: Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and provide concierge-level care.
Training & Development: Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their skills remain sharp.
Location Training: Complete initial training at our Edgewater office to learn company systems and processes before transitioning to the Williamsburg location.
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare administration, office management, or leadership.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with technology and an eagerness to learn new systems.
Experience in concierge healthcare settings is a plus.
