Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars for key executives
  • Schedule and confirm onsite and off-site meetings using MS Outlook
  • Take meeting minutes and send summaries and action items to key stakeholders
  • Plan all company events
  • Office management

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelors degree not required
