We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Business Services Consultant with experience in the HR, Accounting, and Finance sectors. The ideal candidate should have a vast network of leaders in those fields, particularly in the Chicago Area. You'll be responsible for driving business growth through tailored workforce and ERP solutions, working closely with decision-makers to deliver solutions that elevate their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting HR, Accounting, and Finance sectors with a focus on workforce and ERP services
Build strong, long-term relationships with leaders in your Chicago-based network
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth
Qualifications
Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in workforce or ERP solutions
Strong network of HR, Accounting, and Finance professionals in the Chicago area is essential
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, results-orientated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Compensation And Benefits The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this job is $300,000+. The compensation structure is base + commission + bonus incentives, and includes a base salary between $80,000 and $120,000, dependent on candidate's experience.
