Salary: $20Hr+ DOE

The responsibilities include:
Streamlining the front office by warmly greeting guests and maintaining visitor, deliveries, and outgoing packages
Coordinating conference room schedules and proactively monitoring conference room schedules to avoid conflicts and resolving issues as they arise
Screening and directing phone calls
Ordering catering for meetings and conferences
Scheduling transportation vehicle transportation for clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist, admin assistant or in a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills both oral and written
A passion for providing outstanding customer service
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment
Organizational abilities & strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Dependability with a strong work ethic, reliability & ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
