- Analytics & dashboard tools e.g. GA4, BI, Looker
- Timesheet tracking & budget code logging tools
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands on training & facilitation skills.
- Extremely detail oriented and organized.
- Highly collaborative.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and a proven ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work directly with technical and business teams.
- Good problem-solving skills to resolve the stakeholder's challenges.
- Technology enthusiast who adopts new technology early and is a quick learner of new applications.
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
- 5+ years of eCommerce experience.
