Title: Business Tool Specialist & Trainer

Position Type: 1-year ongoing contract

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY 10010

Job Description:

This role will be accountable for managing the development, deployment, and adoption of creative and innovative online and blended learning programs. The right candidate is an innovative thinker, always looking to improve and try out new training methods. Must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be detailed while clear and concise, and embrace change in an ever-evolving organization. Collaboration is key as we work across multiple brands and global teams.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and deliver training & coaching based on agreed learning modules across site management tools to business stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in training materials and work with Global teams to create these
  • Adapt global training documentation & material to regional and brand nuances
  • Support in on-boarding & off-boarding consultants and FTE employees including but not limited to hosting onboarding sessions, creating checklists, submitting access requests & maintaining documentation
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness, suggesting and implementing improvement plans where necessary
  • Prepare an effective communication plan to build awareness, create learner excitement and increase the level of commitment
  • Participate in report generation, survey data analysis, course enrolment, content management and evaluation

  • Promotions Manager

  • Workflow & file sharing tools e.g. Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint
  • Analytics & dashboard tools e.g. GA4, BI, Looker
  • Timesheet tracking & budget code logging tools

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on training & facilitation skills. Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Highly collaborative
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a proven ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and presentation skills
  • Ability to work directly with technical and business teams
  • Good problem-solving skills to resolve the stakeholder's challenges
  • Technology enthusiast who adopts new technology early and is a quick learner of new applications
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • 5+ years of eCommerce experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing e-commerce or tech company is preferred
  • Proven experience to lead, manage and work with large, geographically dispersed teams
