Job Title: Talent Manager

Position Overview

The Talent Manager will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization. This position will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System, designing and implementing training programs, and ensuring that our workforce has the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record in manufacturing or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Management System (LMS) Management
  • Oversee the administration of the LMS, ensuring all training materials and resources are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Analyze LMS data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to enhance LMS functionalities and user experience.

Training Program Development
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of the manufacturing workforce.
  • Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.

Talent Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through performance assessments and employee feedback.
  • Create individualized development plans for employees to support career growth and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, training, or organizational development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Litmos, Cornerstone, Moodle, etc.) and e-learning development tools.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
