What You Will Be Doing:
The RFP Coordination/Proposals Coordination intern supports the operational success of Enterprise Solutions Group clients throughout the pre-sales cycle. The RFP Coordination/Proposals Coordination intern chiefly contributes to this success through coordination of all pre-sale activities including, but not limited to RFP management and presentation delivery. The RFP Coordination/Proposals Coordination intern will work in tight collaboration with all subject matter expert functional groups across the organization. Assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to Sales pitches and processes, Solution Design & Consulting as well as insights into Localization Technology including AI & Media Technology Solutions.
Support consultants in planning, organizing, and executing RFPs and presentations according to established guidelines and timelines.
Create and maintain an organized proposal management structure for information share and documentation
Help coordinate activities and resources, ensuring timely delivery of proposals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather relevant content
Format, structure, and ensure proposals meet RFP guidelines and client specifications
Support the consultants in creating visually appealing and compelling proposals
Participate in client new business meetings to capture well-structured meeting notes.
Assist in curation and management of RFP repository content.
Assist in revisions to management & revisions to RFP SOPs based on lessons learned.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Has completed their sophomore year in a Bachelor's degree program or has completed their Associate degree
Current enrollment at an accredited college or university
