Our client, an entertainment provider, is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to support a team in their NY Office. This is an incredible opportunity for someone to join an amazing company and work alongside the best in the business.
This assignment starts asap and will last for about 3 months, with potential to extend.
Hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Midtown

Responsibilities:
Optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings
Organizing and booking travel arrangements, including creating detailed travel itineraries
Prepare and submit expenses reports
Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed
Project planning and logistics coordination for learning and development activities
Support all ad-hoc day-to-day activities; facilitating communication with external stakeholders
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures
Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasks
Qualifications:
Experience supporting C-Level Executives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be tech savvy
Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
Exceptionally strong skills working in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
