Position Summary
AirJoule is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leaders within the organization. This role will help facilitate travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, as well as additional clerical responsibilities to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Provide support to the senior leadership team with coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
Work closely with the parent company, Montana Technologies and the Board of Directors.
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations, developing content in conjunction with the CEO.
Assist with planning and executing special projects or tasks, researching, and gathering information.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents and invoices accordingly.
Manage office equipment and supply levels, ordering when necessary.
Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities, supporting logistics and communications.
Use discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, executive assistant experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes while maintaining a positive attitude.
Desire to work collaboratively with team members and various departments.
Demonstrate a high level of discretion with confidential information.
Physical Requirements
Extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional periods of walking and standing.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 10 pounds.
Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching.
