Audit Senior - NFP Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team and provide exceptional accounting services to our non-profit clients. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to audit non-profit organizations, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of non-profit organizations, including planning, executing, and reporting on audit findings.
Identify any financial risks or errors in non-profit organizations and provide recommendations for improvements.
Manage and guide audit teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to non-profit accounting and auditing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Active CPA license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on non-profit audit.
In-depth knowledge of non-profit accounting and financial reporting standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and build relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
