Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team and provide exceptional accounting services to our non-profit clients. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to audit non-profit organizations, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of non-profit organizations, including planning, executing, and reporting on audit findings.
  • Identify any financial risks or errors in non-profit organizations and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and guide audit teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to non-profit accounting and auditing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on non-profit audit.
  • In-depth knowledge of non-profit accounting and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
