Responsibilities: • Manage food label regulations- USA, Canada, Mexico • Manage and update food related regulations and documentation including FSVP • Regulate regulatory and quality control of each product. • Identification of any quality problems and recommend changes in quality standard where necessary. • Working with HQ on innovating new potential products for the brand. Complying with FDA regulations. • Data management using common computer database software (Excel, Access or equivalent). • To maintain our service level highly, we cooperate closely with our subcontractors for Customs brokers. • Renewal permits that we have in timely manner.
Requirements: • At least 2 years of work experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing field preferred. • Knowledge of the regulations of FDA/USDA and custom matter (CBP/PGA). • Basic understanding of GMP and food production fundamentals. • Strong communication skills. • FSVP • Computer literacy (Excel, Word etc.) • Bilingual (English/Korean) • Bilingual in Korean preferred.
