Job Summary:
Access Data is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent support to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions with a high level of accuracy. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to financial transactions and technical assistance requests.
- Track and manage cases through the company's case tracking system.
- Process financial transactions and prepare specialized customer reports.
- Execute audit confirmations and leasing contract calculations as required.
- Serve as "Mission Critical Personnel" for business continuity and staffing adjustments.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of customer-facing experience (preferred in banking or financial services).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to solve problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Salesforce and AWS (highly desirable).
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability during holidays (recognized holidays will be observed).
