Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The Process Engineer will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions as needed
Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and equipment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
