Summer 2025 Capital Markets Intern


Job Description:

• Support underwriting efforts across and debt and equity opportunities, including:
  • Market Research.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis.
  • Pipeline Management.
  
  
• Assist with creating elements of offering memorandums and marketing collateral.
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new client leads.
• Other duties as assigned by a manager or team members.

Qualification and Skills:

• Currently enrolled in college with an expected graduation of June 2026 (rising senior).
  • Business, finance, economics, real estate, statistics, and other relevant majors preferred.
  
  
• Strong interest in commercial real estate. Prior experience/internship in the industry a plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
• Strong Computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with analyzing data sets and sourcing information from various publications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary: $13.07/hr. - $18.07/hr.

The hourly rate is between $13.07 and $18.07 per hour, and the anticipated annual base compensation range for this position will be $27,185.6- $37,585.6 inclusive of required overtime
