The Select Group is currently looking for a Certified Epic ClinDoc Consultant for a 100% REMOTE opportunity. The ideal candidate will have an Epic ClinDoc certification and a background in Pump Integration projects. This role is fully remote, with standard Eastern Standard Hours required.
EPIC CLINDOC ANALYST REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of Epic Clindoc experience
Experience leading projects and implementations
Experience with knowledge transfer of project to internal team members
Experience working as a team and having excellent documentation
EPIC CLINDOC ANALYST BONUS SKILLS
Experience with BD Alaris pumps
Epic Orders/Bugsy/ASAP/Stork experience
EPIC CLINDOC ANALYST DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and configure the integration between Alaris pumps and the Epic ClinDoc module, ensuring accurate data exchange.
Support in implementation of workflows that capture infusion pump data (such as start time, medication dosage, rate, and completion) directly into Epic ClinDoc.
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams (nursing, pharmacy, and biomedical teams) to identify and optimize workflows related to support implementation.
Build and customize documentation templates, flowsheets, and clinical decision support tools within Epic ClinDoc to accommodate the automated data flow from Alaris pumps.
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange, documentation, and alert systems.
Provide on-site and remote support to ensure a smooth transition and address any post-go live challenges related to the integration.
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring the system operates as expected.
Assist in support in day-to-day support of ongoing system support and optimization opportunities where applicable, while maintaining customer service orientation and responsiveness.
