BCforward is looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker/Scaling Operator for an opportunity in Guntersville, AL.

Title: Warehouse Worker/Scaling Operator
Location: Guntersville, AL
Payrate: $24-25/hr
Shift: 1 week worker will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
The 2nd week they will work Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Dayshift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Duration: 11 months
Job Type: Onsite

Job Description:


The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service.
As a Scale Operator, you will weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain; Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors. Be an involved/engaged member of a team.
Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc.
Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to operate mobile equipment
Comfortable working with heights around 30 feet
Work in all weather conditions
Lifting up to 50 Ibs
