Shipping and Receiving Assistant
Where will you work? Hybrid with one dedicated office day per week after training. North American Business Headquarters in Fish Hawk (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive Lithia, FL)
In this role, you'll coordinate the receipt and shipping of materials, supplies and products from various Mosaic plants. You'll also partner with our Logistics Planning, Inventory Management and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate and prompt transactions as well as troubleshoot issues as needed. You will thrive in this role if you have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation.
What you'll do:
Analyze governing documentation for Mosaic shipments and receipts
Monitor all internal and external systems capturing shipments and receipts ensuring accuracy in SAP and other integrated systems (OIS, PLS).
Troubleshoot issues causing imbalances and edit all systems
Collaborate commercial peers to ensure data is properly configured for all product movements
Monitor all product movements relating to goods issues and goods receipts in SAP to ensure timely invoicing to customers and payments to vendors
Collaborate with Inventory Accounting Team within reconciliation activities, troubleshoot imbalances and communicate inventory adjustments
Manage the diversion and re-shipment process in coordination with the logistics, customer service and accounts payable teams
Monitor and correct failed shipment cost documents
Troubleshoot failures with needed departments ensuring corrective measures are in place to avoid recurrences
Participate in commercial department projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
What you'll need:
High School/GED
1+ years of experience previous customer service, office, or logistics experience
Analytical and organizational skills.
Good problem-solving skills are a must.
Detail oriented.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
