The Landscape Technician will be responsible for landscape upkeep in designated areas of the property that include mowing, weed eating, picking up limbs and other debris, hedging and pruning, edging, applying herbicide and fertilizer, cleaning landscape equipment, and to complete various other grounds maintenance as needed. The working environment is outdoors. The technician is required to perform job duties in all types of weather conditions. This position involves climbing, sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 75 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods of time. Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities. Must be able to transport oneself around the property. Must be able to drive a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
