This position provides remote financial and contract management data management support and oversight to one or more organizations. Performs data entry into the Contract Management Planning and Surveillance System (COMPASS) and conducts data extraction from multiple legacy systems to assist the customer with identification of potential deobligations. Supports COMPASS Consultant (SMEs) staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data submission to the customer. Provides basic problem resolution and process improvement, with issue elevation to the Consultant. No travel is required.
Required experience:
- Data Entry experience.
- COMPASS KNOWLEDGE HIGHLY Desired.
- Knows how to LOAD an INVOICE CORRECTLY in the RIGHT fiscal year.
- Understands the warning lights and what they mean and required action.
- The ability to read and understand gov’t GFEBS Line of Accounting
- GFEBS data pull experience desired, but NOT required.
- Experienced EDA Advanced Report experience, highly recommended.
- WAWF invoice understanding.
- Other duties as assigned
Must meet the eligibility criteria for a government issued security clearance.
Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or demonstrated exception (corporate policy).
