Job Description:

What We're Looking For:
The Sr. Bridge Engineer serves as the authority in Bridge practice area that includes advanced concepts, principles, and methods. This involves keeping informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization for the purpose of recommending changes in programs or applications. The Sr. Bridge Engineer will work on multiple major projects with complex features as a technical lead.



Responsibilities:


* Responsible for the design & documentation of a technical solutions for a the bridge practice area.


* Manage & maintains project documentation for specific discipline or practice area.


* Brings significant technical design expertise engaged in the identification of design considerations and potential issues


* Participates in the research and development of solutions to engineering and other technical challenges and is involved in the production or validation of the work applied to those solutions


* May support PM as a technical leader on large complex projects.


* Reviews complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.


* Assists leadership and staff as a technical advisor.


* Leads complex technical portions of meetings with clients.


* Develops strong relationships with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others.


* Performs other duties as requested.



Education & Experience Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from accredited program. Minimum 10 years of engineering experience. Registered PE.


* Extensive knowledge and expertise acquired through progressive experience to resolve crucial issues and/or unique conditions.


* Keeps informed, evaluates, & implements new methods and developments affecting the organization.


* Guided by overall Business Unit Strategy.


* Effectively partner with business and teams to meet objectives.
