Responsibilities

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Financial Systems team within the IT organization. This team supports the US and Canada-based back-office functions, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP along with numerous other on-premise and cloud-based solutions. The team maintains the existing solutions, performs upgrades, and implements net new solutions with a preference towards cloud solutions. The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst will provide advanced technical support, lead development/configuration initiatives for the financial systems, and guide junior team members. This individual should be self-motivated, eager to continuously learn, and have a strong desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Lead the support/maintenance of financial systems in production and test environments
• Develop advanced financial reporting and analysis
• Provide end-user support with a focus on proactive measures to avoid issues
• Lead the development of integrations
• Participate in and contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports the financial systems, providing guidance to junior team members
• Create and maintain documentation on systems and processes using team standards
• Lead development and configuration work on various new systems as needed

Education / Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics GP and general business processes
• Experience configuring business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• 5+ years development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and Dexterity
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Scripting
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to join and participate in a support team that provides 24x7 end-user support which occasionally results in overtime
• Ability to effectively relate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Ability to maintain high quality of deliverables

Preferred

• Master’s degree with a focus in CS, MIS or other relevant degree
• 3+ years of experience in ASP.NET and C# programming
• 3+ years of experience with SSIS and SSRS
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
