Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is searching for a Loss Prevention Specialist that has experience in banking or experience with the fair credit reporting act policies. This is a temp position that would run through the end of the year. This person will be calling current customers to assist with collections on past due loans or bank accounts that have gone in the negative status. This collections specialist willl be working with the director of lending on special projects. If you have worked in baking and collections and looking for money for the holidays apply immediately.

What will you be doing.





  • Calling borrowers encouraging payment

  • Record information regarding status of collections

  • Offer services to assist in obtaining positive results

  • Review delinquent accounts for trends

  • Pull reports and prepare monthly reporting




What experience do I need to have?





  • Extensive knowledge of banking FCRA laws and collections

  • Ability to speak with in a clear and professional manner

  • Ability to maintain your composure when dealing with stressful situations

  • Proven communication and customer relationship skills

  • Ability and desire to interact and contribute in a team environment

  • Ability to use a excel, Microsoft word, and Meridian Link connect
