Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:





  • Greet Visitors: Welcome clients, guests, and employees with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist with their inquiries.


  • Answer Phones: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff members.


  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Handle mail, deliveries, and other incoming and outgoing correspondence.


  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.


  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic clerical work.


  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area and lobby remain tidy and presentable at all times.


  • Assist with Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.



Qualifications:





  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Experience: Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required.


  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
