Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician / Engineer to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The position is fully onsite in New Haven, CT, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic biotech environment. You will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills required for the role.


Full time or part time hours from 9a-5p Monday through Friday


Up to $25 per hour



Key Responsibilities (initial focus):

• Perform mechanical assembly of biotech consumable cartridges.


• Conduct chemical synthesis of gel materials.


• Run protein analysis assays using specialized instruments.

Additional Information:

• Training will be provided to ensure proficiency with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specifications.


• Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow protocols meticulously.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering
