Adams & Martin Group is seeking a dedicated Temporary Legal Administrative Assistant for a prominent law firm in Burlingame. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong legal background looking to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent law firm experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
