SUMMARY: This position provides production with timely and accurate reports necessary to production. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: Review and reconcile raw and finished materials on a hourly basis. Answer questions and assist in resolutions related to production transactions product and recipe input etc. Process analyze and distribute various daily and weekly reports while meeting set deadlines Entering and retrieving data from MIS daily. Maintain production databases in Excel daily. Work with the sales to make any necessary adjustments. Assist Supervisors and act as liaison as needed. Spend time in production to better understand the paperwork process. Filing, organizing paperwork. Assist co-workers as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Prefer one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience or training. Must have the ability to work independently thoroughly and in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to work well with others. Must possess knowledge in Microsoft Excel such as formatting page set up printing and basic formulas such as addition subtraction multiplication division . Must possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook such as sending emails attaching files to outgoing emails and opening emails and attachments. Must be able to take direction on different projects and be self-motivated to accomplish the task.
