Work Location: Hybrid in NYC, Malvern or West Reading, PA., coming into the office at least 3-days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being the set in-office days. Possibility for remote work if within a 50-mile radius of a Customers Bank location, the expectation is to be hybrid. All subject to change.

Salary range: An annual salary range of $60.10 per hour to $72.11 per hour is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Risk Assessment Analyst to support AML and OFAC risk assessment activities. The analyst will assist in implementing the updated risk assessment methodology, conduct risk evaluations, and work closely with the Risk Assessment Manager to ensure all risk-related actions meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of AML and OFAC risk assessments in line with the updated methodology.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational and regulatory risk factors.
  • Support the Risk Assessment Manager in developing and delivering risk reports to senior leadership.
  • Monitor risk exposure, identify potential issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AML and OFAC regulations.

What Do You Need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, risk management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management, AML, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of AML and OFAC regulatory frameworks is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Technology Skills:

  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank’s applications.
