POSITION SUMMARY

Our Delivery Professionals are the face of our company and the key representative to our customers. This is a PART - TIME Delivery Professional position for our Rocky Mount, NC Distribution Center.

Our Delivery Professionals can expect to work 2 - 3 days a week as well as being available on weekends (on call).. Our drivers can expect to work approximately 20 - 25 hours. The is a first shift position, with a starting pay rate of $19-hourly.

This position will be responsible for the delivery of new caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans.

Shift: 2 - 3 weekdays. 7am - 5pm with availability needed on weekends being "on call."
Weekly Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week.
Starting Pay: $19-hourly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering memorialization products (new caskets ) to funeral homes in a company provided truck or van.
• Responsible for delivery and warehouse duties as needed.
• Provide customer service with a smile to our customers.
• NO CDL License is required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Previous driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as well as available to work weekends.
• Must have current driver's license.
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical and MVR Check.

• Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level in the work environment may be high.
