The Financial Analyst assists in preparing the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts for the credit union and its CUSO. This role involves designing, developing, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to compare performance against budgets and forecasts. The analyst collaborates with various departments to understand trends impacting the organization, identifies key trends, evaluates risks and opportunities, and supports the Senior Financial Analyst in business performance monitoring, including peer comparisons and reporting. Additionally, the Financial Analyst aids the Manager FRP&A, VP Controller, and SVP/CFO with report analysis, trend analytics, and supports the monthly accounting close process as needed. Location: Our headquarters are based in Syracuse, NY. We work in a Hybrid Model requiring a minimum of 5 days in office per month. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
