The Traverse City Record-Eagle has an opening for a full-time Digital Advertising Coordinator in our Advertising Department. This is an opportunity to join a fun, high achieving team in a fast paced work environment.
The position entails providing clerical assistance, creating strategic digital advertising and social media campaigns and proposals, developing thorough digital ad analyses and reports, maintaining and adapting current digital ad campaigns, assessing and developing new digital ad revenue streams and strategies, along with assisting with event planning and special projects.
The job requires strong organizational, customer service, and phone skills, superior attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Qualified applicants will have prior customer service experience, excellent office skills, digital expertise, social media expertise, and will be proficient in the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite of programs. Previous experience with digital marketing, social media marketing, event planning/coordination, graphic design, and/or media campaigns preferred, but not required.
