Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform various operations associated with the processing of VCSEL wafers and product test assemblies that include following standard operating procedures and running semiconductor tools.
• Participate actively in the preventive maintenance program.
• Participate actively with the engineers in the continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Be an active member of the team and meet the requirements to ensure the effective and efficient transfer of wafers into large volume manufacturing.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
• Work effectively with other members of II-VI operations.

• Must be able to work a 12hr. shift.

All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and II-VI Corporate EHS standards.

Quality and Environmental Responsibilities

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
