The Microbulk Manager will be accountable to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of MB Services with the PDI businesses, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. The Microbulk Manager will yield results through effectively managing the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. The Microbulk Manager will review individual performance of each employee at least annually and make recommendations for promotion, demotion, termination, or wage adjustment. This position will interface with the national and regional operations and sales management and Micro Bulk Installation teams. Microbulk Manager • Accountable for delivering measurable results • Interprets and administers operating policies, procedures, and aligns tasks with business plan • Exercises latitude and independence in task assignments • Improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. • Plays a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. • Oversees Install & Maintenance Schedules • Microbulk operations database support • Oversees overall operational management, planning, systems and controls • Quality Management Systems and Standards support: - Compliance Mgmt. - Asset Inventory - Tank Validation - Logistics coordination • Training/ Field Support / Quality • Regional/ PHS/Propane Support • Oversees Install & Maintenance Schedules • Tracks Monthly KPI's • STD Mgt / CMMS WO Mgt / JDE Integration Mgt • FDA Compliance • POIS Updates / TOB & MOC support • Regional/ PHS/Propane Support • Vendor and contractor management • Training/ Field Support / Quality • Adapts, Plans, and Priorities to address resource challenges • Anticipates problems and develops contingencies • Interfaces regularly with team members, middle management and sometimes senior management • Working knowledge of Computers Unlimited, Six Sigma and LEAN • Field resource for STD, CMMS, POIS, CGA, ISO and the Linde Worldwide Safety Manual • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred or related sciences field • 5 + years operations or facility management experience • Prior experience with Microbulk and bulk tanks. Experience with Cryogenics preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Solid organizational skills are required to help prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong working knowledge of Computers Unlimited, Six Sigma and LEAN • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
