Responsibilities:
controlling and organizing transportation projects.Designing or analyzing operational solutions for projects such as: transportation optimization, cost containment, capacity enhancement or information management. Support the deployment and ongoing improvement of technology to enable excellence in business performance and participate in system testing and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements prior to user acceptance testing. Will work with internal and external stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, create project documents, and participate in system testing.Provide technical expertise in defining, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions for business-critical applications. Serves as a change agent responsible for project portfolio focusing on a data driven culture that embraces continuous improvement. Work closely with customers to determine the critical reporting needs of our customers and what information could be made available to be consumed through the customer web portal.

To ensure success as a Business Analyst, you should:
Collaborate with stakeholders in designing complex transportation systems, processes, and information flows. You will Analyze system technical requirements and provide appropriate input to the development of solutions as well as collaborate with developers in translating user requirements into solutions. Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/issues and proactively analyze quality, performance data and research the latest optimization techniques and technologies to drive projects and ensure FST is best in class.Comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST. Facilitate sharing of best practices and documentation of SOPs throughout the organization and develop systems which reinforce and encourage data-based decisions. Plan, schedule, and chair Continuous Improvement meetings, prepare monthly reporting, and attend monthly reviews with leadership to track project status and action plans.
