Position Summary
Sort and process textiles and housewares, identify e-commerce items or bundles for online sales.
Essential Duties(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)
1. Inspect pulls and raw material for quality to determine marketability.
2. Sort material and categorize for e-commerce use, salvage, trash.
3. Identify items for individual sales based on brand names or textile categories.
4. Create small bundles for online sales based on style, category, or theme.
5. May create curated bundles or outfits based on available inventory.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance
High School Diploma / GED not required.
No previous experience required.
No professional certifications are required for this position.
The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check and sex offender check.
No computer skills are required.

This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.
Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions
The associate is required to lift up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
The associate works in an environment with frequent exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
Must be able to bend, stoop, stand and walk for 4-8 hours. Assists in special jobs, during scheduled work hours and on weekends, as requested by manager.
