Job Description:

Accounts Payable




Responsibilities:

Costing credit cards
Payables for 100+ vendors
Calling vendors/employees for any discrepancies
Filing
Data entry Charging expenses to accounts
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Job costing
*Other duties as assigned



Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

Experience using accounting software - preferred but not required
Highly organized and process driven
High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication
Must be able to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft programs



Job Duties:

Adjust to fast-paced situations/environment
Positive outlook and fun, with a good sense of humor
