Plan, coordinate, and direct computer-related activities by determining the technology needs of the company and making hardware- and software-related decisions to meet those needs.
Lead development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems.
Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in emergencies or data loss.
Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
Evaluate current technology use, needs of the company, and recommend software and hardware improvements.
Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Manage MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science required;
Minimum five (5) years' experience in IT Operations; Manufacturing experience preferred
Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out infrastructures across various technologies
Experience with enterprise network/system set up and maintenance experience
Familiarity with IT governance practices and compliance standards
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonger periods of standing and walking
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
