: Candidate will assist Demand and Operation Planner(s) with the collection, load, and management of hardware demand and fulfillment tasks in support of developing and communicating product forecasts for the organization, as well as, analyzing, forecasting, and initializing plans for spare product to support operations. Candidate will aim to achieve successful and on time delivery for implementation and build of vehicles, ensuring we have proper supply and stock to support operational needs and completion of other engineering hardware related milestones.
Facilitate collection of Hardware demands from multiple sources
Validate and drive collected demand to approval through our established processes with the proper approvers.
Load and manage approved hardware demand from multiple streams into LN ERP system efficiently and accurately.
Responsible for reviews, reports, and statuses of approved and loaded demand with customers and other supply chain teams.
Manage and facilitate delivery timeline of hardware and other goods to ensure key hardware build and test activities are not blocked.
Coordinate customer delivery after receipt in tandem with the inventory and shipping team.
Coordinate review meetings and metrics for spares health and statuses with customer and partner teams.
Work with purchasing department to track on time delivery and updates for expected receipts of needed product for both engineering and operational needs and spares.
Preferred: Any ERP experience (preferably INFOR experience);
Degree or Certification: Minimum 4 years Bachelor's Degree in business or supply chain or related field
KPI: Zero aging past due Jira requests; 24-Hour response for material to operating sites; Same-Shift response to CAMINV Jira requests
1 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
2 Ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms
3 Strong attention to detail and ability to dive deep into data
