Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP and manage warehouse materials effectively.
- Lead and manage warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Oversee basic management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Warehouse Management (WM) system.
- Provide shop floor warehouse support to the operations team.
- Ensure all processes are documented and strictly adhered to.
- Maintain master data associated with the warehouse management system.
- Manage engineering changes to prevent excess and obsolescence.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement ideas.
- Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put away, replenishment, and line feed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with warehouse personnel.
- Knowledge of master data management within the warehouse management system.
- Experience in a Just-In-Time (JIT) seating assembly operation.
