Location: Washington, DC

Salary: $165,000.00 USD Annually - $175,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Financial Manager for a full-time position.

ACTIVE Secret Clearance Required


Location - DC


Requirements


•Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) Business Management or Financial disciplines


•Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) will be required


•5 years DoD related Budget, Financial Management, or Industry Budget/Financial Management equivalent


•Navy procedures and Policies (DoD/SECNAV 5000 process)


•3 years of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)


•NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)


•Knowledge in preparing financial planning documentation, developing, executing, tracking, and reporting financial execution documentation


•Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 30 lbs.


•Ability to work on and climb ladders, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces.


Preferred Requirements


•Master's Degree in Business Management or Financial disciplines


•DAWIA Level III certification in Business-Financial Management or industry equivalent training/experience


•10 years DoD/DON Financial/Budget experience


•7 years with USN experience


•5 years as Team Leader with management/oversight responsibilities for USN BFM Teams (USG or Industry)


•Navy procedures and Policies (DoD/SECNAV 5000 process)


•Experience with Navy financial management systems


•PRISMS and Standard Procurement System (SPS)


•Knowledge of the AN/USQ-82(V) or similar shipboard networking systems
