This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Assess patients virtually and in-person to provide evaluation and management of musculoskeletal conditions.


• Provide care in a multi-specialty clinical office setting.


• Standardize the care model over time in order to help grow our team of value-minded providers.


• Help to define and refine Motion's Clinical Model.


• Partner with Motion's Chief Medical Officer in integrating PT into Motion's care pathways and protocols.


• Partner with Motion's Head of Product to create a delightful and effective patient experience.


• Partner with Motion's Head of Clinical Operations to ensure efficient handling of patients across care settings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Are licensed to practice in the state of Florida.


• Have practiced for at least 5 years in an out-patient setting.


• Are philosophically aligned with our model of evidence-based musculoskeletal care.


• Practiced physical therapy in a collaborative setting with other provider types.


• Have experience with conservative outpatient spine and joint care.


• Have experience with surgical aftercare Provided care via telehealth solutions.


• Travel regionally as required
